With guidance from our team, you can make the best decision for your pet’s quality of life. Our end-of-life services create a peaceful, pain-free passing for your pet while giving you comfort in knowing that they are resting peacefully.

Examine your pet’s quality of life with our guidance.

Deciding when it’s time to consider euthanasia is never easy, and we will guide you through this difficult decision. Our veterinarians offer quality-of-life exams to assess your pet’s overall health and comfort. These exams evaluate whether your pet is still enjoying life or if pain and discomfort are significantly impacting their well-being.

During a quality-of-life pet exam, we can discuss your fur baby’s current condition and whether hospice care or pain management might improve their quality of life in the short term. For pets who are in severe pain or suffering from untreatable conditions, it may be time to consider euthanasia. Guidance and support are available as you navigate these final stages of care.

Euthanasia is a gentle goodbye.

When it is determined that euthanasia is the most compassionate choice for your pet, we make the process as peaceful and stress-free as possible.

Our team will take every measure to ensure your pet is comfortable throughout the procedure. You are welcome to stay with your pet if you feel comfortable doing so, or we can handle the procedure privately if that is your preference.

The euthanasia process involves administering a sedative to relax your pet and ease any anxiety they may be feeling. Once they are calm and comfortable, an injection of a special medication is given to gently stop their heart. This process is completely painless for your pet, allowing them to pass away peacefully in a safe and loving environment. If you have any questions or need more time at any point, please let us know.
